Halo P1 Brake Fluid Promotion – Terms & Conditions
Promoter
This promotion is run by Halo By Orthene (the “Promoter”), a brand of Orthene Chemicals Limited.
Promotion Period
The promotion is open from the date of launch and closes at 23:59 (BST) on 31 March 2026. Entries received after this time will not be considered.
Eligibility
The promotion is open to professional motorsport teams competing in major race series only. Entrants must meet the qualifying criteria as determined by the Promoter.
How to Enter
To enter, teams must complete and submit the official promotion entry form in full during the Promotion Period. Submission of an entry does not guarantee receipt of the promotional product.
The Offer
Successful entrants may receive one box of Halo P1 brake fluid, subject to eligibility and availability. The offer is limited to a maximum of six (6) bottles per team.
Qualifying Criteria & Supply
All entries are subject to validation. The Promoter reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse supply to any entrant who does not meet the qualifying criteria or where supply is not appropriate.
Availability
The promotion is subject to availability and may be withdrawn or amended at any time without prior notice.
Sales & Marketing Communications
By submitting an entry form, teams agree to be contacted for sales and marketing purposes in the future.
Non-Transferable
The offer is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be provided.
Promoter’s Rights
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion or these Terms & Conditions where necessary due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
